Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. The hour long class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.
Stroller Strides® is a 60 minute full body fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors (who are also moms!), it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom. Fitness for mom and fun for babies!
Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture.
Childcare can wreak havoc on a mommy's posture and physique. Pregnancy, breast or bottle feeding, carrying our little ones, lugging diaper bags and car seats, and the numerous other physical demands of motherhood can cause quite a bit of tightening or weakening of the muscles. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
Body Back® is an all-inclusive 8 week transformation program that combines at least two (unlimited) small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention- class sizes are limited to a maximum of 10 participants per session. The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence.
Body Back® Membership is open to ALL MOMS! Come experience a targeted high-intensity workout, get inspired and motivated in every class. Body Back features HIIT workouts (high intensity interval training) that burn more calories, increase endurance and shed more fat in the least amount of time. The result is weight loss, muscle toning, and increased strength and energy. Whether you are brand new to fitness or a seasoned athlete, these workouts will challenge you and motivate you to take your fitness to a whole new level.

This program is designed for any level of runner, from beginner to expert. You'll learn about the fundamentals of running including running gear, running form, injury prevention, and pace. 5k and 10k options available. No running experience required. Drop-ins are always welcome.
