Welcome to our virtual prenatal open house. We are looking forward to ‘seeing’ you via the comfort of your own home. Be sure to download the zoom app, wear comfy workout gear, have water and a mat ready!

Saturday May 9th we'll do online intros, go over your 30 day challenge, and discuss some goals you'd like to achieve! We're so excited to meet all of you and look forward to spending the next 30 days together working closely on what you'd like to accomplish in this session!

30 Minute Express Gentle Flow Yoga - just enough to feel the burn. Join us virtually Saturday 11:00am and Sunday 8:00pm for our express sessions.

Full one hour class is Thursdays at 8:00pm

TWO ONLINE BB ACCOUNTABILITY GROUPS. Starts after Mother's Day. This will consist of TWO closed group HIIT classes a week, multi weekly check ins by your coach, multi weekly food log coaching, weekly recipes with group food prep via zoom, weekly challenges, and non stop support to reach your goals!

Classes for morning group will be held Tuesday 5:30am & Thursday and evening group Monday & Thursday 8:00pm - pick your slot!

Each Wednesday evening at 8:30pm we invite you and your household (sans kids, hope they'll be in bed) to virtually join us for a fun hour of trivia and games.

All classes include total body functional fitness, and end with a relaxing stretch and meditation to allow your mind and body to reset before tackling your next challenge of the day. We offer Body Back seven days a week at various times and locations.
Daytime classes at our FIT4MOM Studio in Lorton offers nursery playtime for your kiddos while you workout*

*Recurring monthly payment of $30 for first child and $15 monthly for second child or $5/hr drop in per child.


Enrollment in the 8 week Body Back Transformation session beginning the January 28th is open for enrollment! Hurry - only ONE session and class is capped at 12 moms!

Body Back is a results based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements and pictures. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention. Class size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. You'll be surrounded by a group of supportive moms who are invested in seeing you reach your personal goals!

S360 is a stroller optional, speed, agility, and quickness class. It's designed to get your feet moving and your heart pumping. S360 is a great compliment to a Body Back session, Run Club training, or as stand alone program!

S360 meets Monday & Wednesday 9:45am, and Saturday 8:30am at Link Family Fitness Lorton - every Saturday is family class! Bring any adult family member along for FREE!

Please note that any children in attendance must be buckled safely in the stroller for the duration of class.

We offer Stroller Barre® several times a week at various locations and times. Please check schedule for accuracy.
You'll need a stroller of any kind, water & mat/towel for abs. It's suggested you bring your child's favorite toy/snack as well.
Our Stroller Barre® classes use Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Barre method. Our instructors incorporate songs and
activities for your little ones. It's a great way to work on balance, strength and posture.


Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes are 60 minute total body workouts which incorporate power walking, optional running, strength, toning, songs, and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun classes.

Our Mommy & Me classes Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® provide mom with an awesome total body workout all the while engaging and interacting with baby.

Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. KAY’s secret is our playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. This is not your typical Yoga class. A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music.

Kidding Around Yoga classes are a unique opportunity to give your child skills that will provide a sense of balance, calm, and power for years to come.

Wear comfy workout gear, bring water and a mat/towel for floor exercises.

Get in your Body Back workout while we arrange an hour of playtime in our nursery room at the studio. You'll be able to see your child engaging with others and our staff throughout the class. They will have fun and you can have some mom'ME' time. Please register yourself in the Body Back column and your child in the playtime column - do this at least 24 hours in advance for planning purposes!


Whether you're preparing for an upcoming race or simply enjoy running with other like-minded mamas, Run Club is for you. A program for all levels, Run Club allows you to run, improve your health and fitness, and connect with other moms with weekly run meet ups. Each week we will focus on improving your running ability, with tempo runs and running drills. Our run club is family friendly so come with the whole family, or if you want to just come by yourself. This spring session we will be training for a 5k or 10k. No running experience required!

We're so excited to see your little(s) at our FRIDAY play group. If you're taking part in our Friday total body class (9:30-10:30), then you will already be signed in.
The play group will follow directly after the smile song with Candice! So get your little(s) ready to let them have some fun. Otherwise,
join us at 10:30am - we'll begin promptly to keep your kids engaged! If any material are needed, then we'll email you ahead of time, AND you can find the

Join us for a FREE Virtual Baby Sign Language Presentation by Kris Smooke, Owner of Tiny Hands Learning. We will be learning how to sign the alphabet and colors. Kris will be reading the book Brown Bear by Eric Carle while signing. We will also talk about how baby signs works. more
