FIT4MOM Class - our workout is designed to welcome and challenge all moms. FIT4MOM Classes have the structure and potential for intensity of Body Back, the modifications and support of Fit4Baby, and the total body balance of Stroller Strides. Each workout will cycle through intervals of cardio, strength, and core work, and will conclude with a peaceful motherhood stretch & meditation. So whether you're pregnant, newly postpartum, or in the best shape of your life, you and your goals will be met and honored.
