Body Back® 8 Week Transformation

Enrollment in the 8 week Body Back Transformation session beginning the January 28th is open for enrollment! Hurry - only ONE session and class is capped at 12 moms!

Body Back is a results based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements and pictures. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention. Class size is limited to a maximum of 12 participants. You'll be surrounded by a group of supportive moms who are invested in seeing you reach your personal goals!

Your Body Back® Transformation session includes:

· Twice weekly, small-group, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) fitness classes*

· Real food meal plan with an electronic recipe book. No prepackaged meals, supplements or shakes.
