Body Back® 8 Week Transformation

Enrollment in the 8 week Body Back Transformation sessions, beginning the first week of September is OPEN for enrollment! Hurry, each session is capped at 12 moms!

Ready to spend some time focusing on you, mama? Whether your goal is to lose weight and inches, gain strength and tone muscles, learn to eat in way that effectively fuels your body, or just commit to taking better care of yourself, Body Back will help you reach your health, wellness, and fitness goals, and give you two hours a week* to focus on YOU!

Body Back is a results based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements and pictures. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session. You'll be surrounded by a group of supportive moms who are invested in seeing you reach your personal goals!

Your Body Back® Transformation session includes:

· Twice weekly, small-group, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) fitness classes*

· Real food meal plan with an electronic recipe book. No prepackaged meals, supplements or shakes.

· Food journal, weekly meal planner, and nutrition guide

· Access to online Body Back workouts that you can stream from anywhere

· Online support, coaching and education through a private online support group

· Before and after pictures, weigh-ins, measurements, and fitness assessment
