Fit4Baby® is a program designed to strengthen the body for all the changes it will experience during pregnancy. These classes exclusively focus on pregnant moms! Regular activity such as Fit4Baby® classes can help to reduce many maternal aches and pains, increase energy during pregnancy and may speed the labor, delivery and recovery process. According to the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG), exercise is just as important during pregnancy as any other time of life.

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Our classes are 60 minute total body workouts which incorporate power walking, optional running, strength, toning, songs, and activities. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun classes.

Our Mommy & Me classes Stroller Strides® and Stroller Barre® provide mom with an awesome total body workout all the while engaging and interacting with baby.

We offer Stroller Barre® several times a week at various locations and times. Please check schedule for accuracy.
You'll need a stroller of any kind, water & mat/towel for abs. It's suggested you bring your child's favorite toy/snack as well.
Our Stroller Barre® classes use Pilates, Yoga, Ballet and Barre method. Our instructors incorporate songs and
activities for your little ones. It's a great way to work on balance, strength and posture.

S360 is a stroller optional, speed, agility, and quickness class. It's designed to get your feet moving and your heart pumping. S360 is a great compliment to a Body Back session, Run Club training, or as stand alone program!

S360 meets Wednesday 10:00am & Sunday at 7:00am at Lorton and Mondays 9:45am at Kings Park. Every Sunday is family class! Bring any adult family member along for FREE every week!

Please note that any children in attendance must be buckled safely in the stroller for the duration of class.

Ready to spend some time focusing on you, mama? Whether your goal is to lose weight and inches, gain strength and tone muscles, learn to eat in way that effectively fuels your body, or just commit to taking better care of yourself, Body Back will help you reach your health, wellness, and fitness goals, and give you two hours a week* to focus on YOU!

Body Back is a results based program that combines twice-weekly small group classes of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with at-home workouts, meal plans and a food diary, online coaching, and "before and after" fitness assessments/measurements and pictures. As a Body Back client, you can expect personalized one on one attention. Class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session. You'll be surrounded by a group of supportive moms who are invested in seeing you reach your personal goals!

Your Body Back® Transformation session includes:

· Twice weekly, small-group, High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) fitness classes*

· Real food meal plan with an electronic recipe book. No prepackaged meals, supplements or shakes.

· Food journal, weekly meal planner, and nutrition guide

· Access to online Body Back workouts that you can stream from anywhere

· Online support, coaching and education through a private online support group

· Before and after pictures, weigh-ins, measurements, and fitness assessment

Are you ready for our 5th annual free 'Fall into Fitness Day'? We invite all families to join us on Saturday September 21st in the heart of Lorton at our FIT4MOM Studio. You will be able to sample all of our programs. FIT4BABY (pregnant mom demo only), Stroller Strides, Stroller Barre, S360, Body Back, Body Ignite and Run Club.

What you'll need to make this day successful and fun:

Fit4Baby® is a prenatal fitness program that teaches women how to exercise safely and effectively throughout their pregnancy. All trimesters welcome. The hour long class is interval based, combining elements of strength training, cardiovascular exercises and stretching and balancing exercises.

Join us for our 'Bumps & Babies Social'. We invite all stages of pregnancy and all the mamas that have had their babies in the last 12 months to gather on the last Sunday of the month.

Get to meet new friends, share stories, sip coffee and get support in all things motherhood.

Pregnant moms can join us for our FIT4BABY class 9:00am to 10:00am at our Lorton Studio and stick around for the Bumps & Babies.

We are so excited to see you're coming to our Free Kids Yoga Class. Please have your kiddo wear comfy clothes and remove shoes & socks for class. We will provide yoga mat. Try to arrive at least 5 minutes before class to allow your child to settle in. Class is limited to 12 kids plus accompanying adult. If you're not able to participate, please remove yourself from roster at least 2 hours prior to allow room for wait-listed families to take your place.

Every Kidding Around Yoga class offers a complete, age-appropriate Yoga practice including breathing instruction, relaxation techniques, stretching and strengthening poses, all using fun-filled music, games, and imagination. KAY’s secret is our playfulness, keeping your child motivated, excited, and moving. This is not your typical Yoga class. A KAY class gets children singing, dancing, skipping, marching, jogging, shaking, laughing, hopping, limbo-ing, and storytelling ALL while practicing Yoga to original KAY music.

It's that time of year to grab the ENTIRE family and come out to our free Labor Day class at River Mill Park.

Let's beat the heat and meet at 9:00am near the band stand in the park.

Please remember to slather yourself and the family in sunscreen, bring plenty of water, and you'll need a mat or towel each for floor moves.

This will be a one hour Stroller Strides Class!

Invite your friends and neighbors - everyone is welcome! Please be sure to register to ensure we have plenty of activities for all. After class stick around for water play and then you and your family can walk Mill Street to enjoy the sites of Historic Occoquan.

Get in your Body Back workout while we arrange an hour of playtime in our nursery room at the studio. You'll be able to see your child engaging with others and our staff throughout the class. They will have fun and you can have some mom'ME' time. Please register yourself in the Body Back column and your child in the playtime column - do this at least 24 hours in advance for planning purposes!

A baby's first natural language is a form of sign language, called gesturing. They point or gesture to try and communicate what they want or need from their caretaker. Baby signs takes their natural ability and allows infants and toddlers to communicate emotions, needs, and desired objects prior to their ability to speak. With guidance and continued repetition you will be able to communicate with your child at an early stage.

In this course, we will teach you and your child how to communicate their basic needs, family members, manners and more. The key is repetition and following through.
